Marketing gone wrong

In our ever increasing drive to consume we have have inadvertantly given birth to a new race of hybrid creatures known as the uber-marketers. These beings will not rest until we all have implants in our brains that dump a steady stream of advertising 24/7.

Their latest accomplishment - and my lastest aggravation - is the new gas pumps that are popping up here in town like weeds. These delightful creations have taken our existing, advertising-saturated gas stations and turned them into closed circuit television station on which nothing but a steady stream of ads run. If you want to keep me coming back, try movies or the sports channels.

The only upside is that these happy creations can fall prey to that most delightful of occurrences - the Blue Screen Of Death or BSOD (Come on windows users - you know who you are)

an even better one can be seen here

Don't feel bad, even Bill has problems some days

Ahhh the possibilities are endless. At least we can derive some joy from those delightful times when our annoyances clash amonst themselves instead of ganging up on us.
