The Terminator is closer than you realize

Eighteen robot warriors equipped with cameras and operated by remote control are scheduled for deployment in Iraq this spring, where they are expected to by used by the US military to help fight insurgents, the US Army reported late last week.
The 1-meter high robots are based on a previously designed robot warrior, the Talon, used to disarm bombs. According to the US Army, the robot soldier, known as the SWORD (Special Weapons Observation Reconnaissance Detection Systems), will be fitted with automatic rifles and will be capable of tracking enemies swiftly.

Not to be outdone, the Canadian military has launched its own automated military platform to be known as the CBDS (Canadian Beer Deployment System). This highly anticipated to be a key element in keeping our troops secure and well outfitted in the coming years ahead

In a related vein I hear that Canada opted out of the missile defence system because we have our own plan in action. We will have a series high tech, radar guided artillery systems that will hurl cases of empties into the stratosphere to create an inpenetrable, missile proof, layer of glass cardboard known as ARMED (Automated Radar Managed Empties Deployment).

The glory days are coming for our military, think of it. For once our military would be ARMED and dangerous.

Any nation that doesn't respect our ARMED system will suffer at our military wrath.
We'll just have to tell our peacekeepers to put little flags on them from the offending nations and start an international littering campaign, smearing their global reputation.
