TV ate my brain

I was going to try for witty but my coffee's just not taking hold. I was awake too late for two nights enjoying impossible plots and gunfire.

Oh yeah baby, Jack's back! The show is fraught with tragic overacting and impossible plots, but the nerd in me loves the geek speak and the testosterone craves the gunfights and hand to hand combat. The side effect of watching almost four hours over the last two night though is that my brain has turned to putty. Not the fun silly putty kind, but more the "What in the hell is that stuck to my shoe?" type putty.

Instead of a real post I give you a new look for my world. Maybe I'll keep it, maybe I'll throw a new one up in a few days. Let's face it, I don't so much manipulate HTML code as I do bludgeaon it with a broken stick. Once you start arsing about with HTML code it is either terrifying and you will run in terror forever, or it is like cyber crack. You'll find yourself unable to stop. So hopefull I can find alook I like without accidentally deleting this whole thing and sending it into oblivion.

What do you think?

When a picture is broken, and I want to right-click to say "show picture" it won't let me!

Otherwise it looks nice.

I'm not sure what Rurality means but she is so smart I just have to agree with her. Whatever she means..

24 hurts my brain. It usually starts off really well, then gets absurd. At the end of each season I find myself saying "I'm never watching that show again!" Yet, there I am a year later, watching it.

If Martini hadn't said it, I wouldn't have had any idea what you were talking about.

Maybe that's something I shouldn't admit?

Know what would be cool? Let say you're brain REALLY was made of silly putty. Are you with me? Ok, then lets say you're hit by a bus and need to have brain surgery. The doctors could take your silly putty brain and press it up against the comic section of the newspaper. The comic pictures will transfer to the silly putty. Then they could put your brain back.

Don't mess with code, Pete! The last time changed one little line on my blog template, the cat vaporized and my hair caught on fire. Code is for people higher than myself.

Jack Rulz! lol

I like the show, although I don't watch it that often. CSI and Lost are the only ones that will make me go out of my way to watch.

Anyhoo---the code thing? Mmmm...cyber crack. Keep on smokin'! lol

i have messed with html. i did it mostly when i joined lycos and tripod and i just wanted to experiment with it. it has helped me a few times on my blog though. i have learned to copy the template and save it before i start to change anything though. i made the mistake once of not making a copy. will not do that again.

I think it's great - I love to re-do my blogs and web sites. It's a good way to creatively kill a few hours (I used to redocrate the house when I was board, so my feller is happier too).

And as for 24......

Got serise 1 through 4 on DVD, watching serise 4 at the moment. At least 1 hour a night, usually more! Yes, it's unbelievable storylines are, well, unbelieveable, but you GOTTA LOVE IT!
