HNT #55
This it it kids......no more HNT's 'till Christmas.
Next week you'll be trying to figure out how to return all the broken stuff in the midst of the post-Christmas mayhem and trying to figure out which day is your tree disposal day.
In complying with the almighty Os I have three Christmas wishes for some fo the HNT folks out there.
I'll start with a Christmas wish for Lime. I wish for a large and extra soft Nerf backyard so that she can continue zip line madness without the undue strain that seems to befall her when she uses it. For those that don't know about the plight of Juanita you can catch up on the gory details here. Her recovery is complete and all looks bright and wonderful for the future of her and Juanita, so may that all continue as well.
For Mark Leslie I wish the continued muse he needs to keep his werewolf growing. Since NaNoWriMo turned out to be a bit of a bust I hope he is able to keep running with the story and gets to add another feather to his cap. That and I need something more to read.....I'm getting near the end of my pile.
The third wish is for Os himself. May you have a "free" year. Free of cars misbehaving with their paperwork. Free of medical mayhem (How's your Dad doing by the way?). Free of hassle and general problems. Thanks for all you do with your music and the whole HNT madness.
And a final wish for all of you. May the season bring with it the joy and happiness that we often seek. May we also be able to pause and enjoy the friends, family and festivities instead of getting all swept away in the frenzy of it all. I wish for all a Merry Christmas, whether it is a religious holiday or just a social celebration. Enjoy the post holiday sales and make sure you don't get trampled in the malls. I'd miss you all in the New Year.
